About:

• Families must be WIC eligible (not necessary to be on WIC, this program just has the same income requirements)

• Can supply free car seats with a suggested $20 donation. Will also teach family about car seat use. When we call, we will be directed to voicemail where they will call back about scheduling an appointment.

• Staff is bilingual, so the service is also readily available to Spanish speaking clients. 

• If the family has older children, all children ages 12 and under qualify to get seats.

• For families with older children, if the child receives free/reduced hot lunch they would qualify for a low cost booster seat or if the family attends one of our Buckle Up for Life classes, they could get a coupon for free seats for all of their children (if they haven't gotten seats through that program previously)
