About this resource: The Veterans Transitional Housing Program provides housing to single men who are military veterans and are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

Interested Veterans must apply for the program by submitting a Porchlight housing application, their DD-214, and a VA release of information.

Applicants will then meet with VTHP staff to tour the facility and establish eligibility.
