About this resource: This clinic provides eye care services to uninsured patients over the age of 18. The clinic is open on the first Saturday of every other month. Services include free eye exam, free glasses, and free lenses.
Who can use this resource? Uninsured patients over the age of 18. Patient must be referred through Access Clinics.

About this resource? LensCrafters Onesight Program provides a free eye exam, free eyeglasses, and free lenses to qualifying patients once per lifetime

Who can use this resource? Individuals of all ages who have either lived in Madison for at least 12 months OR have a child in the household attending the Madison Metro School System. Individuals cannot have received eyeglasses assistance from MCLC in the last 2 years. Individuals must meet the income guidelines outlined on the MCLC website.
