About this program: The Madison Central Lion’s Club helps provide eyeglasses to those without health insurance and unable to afford the cost. Individuals must be referred by an Authorized Agency. The following organizations are authorized to refer people to this program:

**Wingra, MEDiC, and Northeast patients should all be able to apply for this program. Not sure who will have access to the application.

Who can use this resource? Individuals of all ages who have either lived in Madison for at least 12 months OR have a child in the household attending the Madison Metro School System. Individuals cannot have received eyeglasses assistance from MCLC in the last 2 years. Individuals must meet the income guidelines outlined on the MCLC website.
