About this resource: WisCARES is a community veterinary clinic for low income and homeless families. WisCARES also offers client resource, pet boarding services, a pet food pantry, and information about emotional support and service animals.
Who can use this resource? Individuals on federal aid programs (FoodShare SSDI, SSI, etc.) may qualify. Individuals who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Individuals must qualify.
