About this resource: The pregnancy helpline offers a variety of services:

  • Helpline- 608-222-0008

  • Sharing Center- located on the lower level of Catholic Multicultural Center

    • Provides free baby items for women and families

    • Has a diaper bank

    • Must bring ID to verify name.

    • You can use the Sharing Center one time each month.

  • Baby Care Package

    • Call the pregnancy helpline to request a baby care package after you give birth to your baby.

  • Safe Sleep

    • Provides a Pack ‘n Play portable crib, fitted crib sheet, and Halo SleepSack wearable blanket for babies up to the age of 15 months. 

    • Parents should first fill out a request form- Call helpline to have it mailed to you.

    • When your baby is born, call the helpline to request delivery (may take 1-2 weeks).

About this resource: The Baby Depot provides formula and diapers to individuals in need.

About this resource: Blackhawk church will deliver boxes of baby items to newborns.

  • Call (608) 828-4232 and leave a message letting staff know when baby is due. A staff member should reach out to you to talk once they receive your message.

  • Call again when mother goes into labor.

Madison Area Mothers of Multiples, Inc. // Moms in Need Program

About this resource: The Moms in Need program helps area mothers of single or multiple birth children in need of assistance. The program provides modest gifts, free or reduced-price area resources, and clothing and gear (when available). This organization also offers a resale event that offers low cost, high-quality baby and children’s items (check website for dates of resale events)

St. Vincent de Paul // Portable Crib Program

About this resource: St. Vincent de Paul may be able to provide baby cribs to low-income families.
