About this Resource: More Smiles provides dental care for uninsured patients and individuals with Medicaid plans (including BadgerCare Plus). More Smiles offers a variety of dental services including dental hygiene, general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics (root canals). More Smiles Wisconsin requires all appointments to be scheduled, we do not accept walk-ins.
Who can use this resource? Medicaid plans including BadgerCare, and uninsured patients. For uninsured patients, income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for your family size (about $25,000 per year for an individual or $51,500 for a family of four).
Potential patients must meet eligibility requirements. You will be asked about your insurance status. If uninsured, you will be asked to give proof of financial eligibility (pay stubs, social security statement, unemployment/ worker’s compensation statement, tax return, child support statement). You will be asked to complete registration forms.

Donated Dental Services

About the agency: Provides information to connect clients to dentists who donate 100% of their materials, staff, and services to providing dental care. Clients that are served are eligible if they are clearly limited in income (150% of federal poverty level) that links them to permanent disability, chronic illness, or advanced age (65+ years old).
