Send all Health Justice Clinic referrals directly to Sachin at sachin.gupte@wisc.edu and Jade at jadeh@cpp.wisc.edu  Include the patient's name; contact info; and issue​

For non health-related legal matters, email both:  legal@cpp.wisc.edu AND jadeh@cpp.wisc.edu with the client's case ID and a brief description of the issue. If immigration related, you may simply indicate that the client needs "immigrant resources" or "immigrant information" to protect client confidentiality.
