About this resource: SSM Health at Home has a volunteer service that sends volunteers (free of charge to the client) to homes to provide companionship and support to patients and families, assist with errands, help prepare and deliver meals and lightly housekeep for 30 minutes to 4 hours at a time.
Who can use this resource? This resource supports patients recovering from a hospital-bound injury or illness, surgery, or managing a chronic health condition. A physician's note may be needed to verify the patient's health status.
