The Center does not represent clients, but it does offer the following services: brief confidential consultations on basic legal immigration, case assessment and legal advice provided by our volunteer immigration lawyers, assistance with immigration forms and fillings, referral for cases that need follow up, Spanish translators are always available; other language translators available on request.

Immigrant Justice Clinic (IJC) provides legal services to the under-served immigrant community in Wisconsin. Assist with applications to non-citizen victims of crime, persecution etc, or defending non-citizens facing removal in Immigration Court. Also provides legal assistance to non-citizens detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

IJC can help if you or a family has been placed in removal proceedings, scheduled for a hearing before the Immigration Court in Chicago IL, detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), persecuted in country of origin etc. IJC also help people who do not have legal status in the USA but has been victims of domestic violence, human trafficking or other crimes in the USA.

Nonprofit multilingual law office which provides direct representation to immigrants and refugees in immigration and family law, as well as protection orders.

Full family law assistance is offered in the southeastern part of Wisconsin with limited representation throughout the State.
