Legal Action of Wisconsin provides free services in the form of legal advice, assistance with documents, or in-court representation. They help clients with Evictions, Subsidized Housing Issues, Repairs, Lockouts, Security Deposits, Earnest Money, Housing Payments, Property Taxes, and Mortgage Foreclosure.

About:
The Neighborhood Law Clinic (NLC) offers a wide range of legal services including rental housing, employment, and public benefits law. The community-based office through the UW South Madison Partnership in the Villager Mall is staffed by law students.
Other support include:

Consumer Law Clinic—provides legal services to lower income clients facing consumer protection issues, including fraud, unfair debt collection etc.

Family Court Clinic—addresses unrepresented family law litigants. Law students provide legal information and guidance to unrepresented litigants under the supervision of experienced clinical faculty.

Immigrant Justice Clinic—provides legal services to the under-served immigrant community in Wisconsin. Assist with applications to non-citizen victims of crime, persecution etc, or defending non-citizens facing removal in Immigration Court. Also provides legal assistance to non-citizens detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
